This course will run for ten days from May 9th – May 19th.  This group will have a detailed video of Derry cooking each course step by step with the corresponding recipe.  It will be like having Derry Clarke in your own Kitchen with you while you cook.

So what if you have a problem, you can't find a certain ingredient, you wish to substitute an ingredient but are not sure if you can?

Don’t despair, for the duration of the online cookery course Derry and his team will also be part of the private Facebook Group, they will be on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have.  

How this works: 

  • Each member will be added to a private Facebook group which will run for ten days.
  • This course will have:
    • 2 Starters
    • 4 Main Courses
    • 2 Desserts (images listed below).
  • Detailed videos by Derry Clarke & full recipes posted throughout the course with access to all videos even when the course finishes.
  • Derry Clarke, Michelin Star Chef and his administrative staff are on hand to answer any questions you have.
  • Members are encouraged to post pictures of their dishes and ask questions.
  • Course Fee only €50.
